Technology Team

Network Administrator and Network Engineer

  • Collaborates with building Technology Support Staff, district personnel and vendors to meet end-users needs
  • Coordinates technology related projects to ensure the availiblity of technology resources
  • Manage district resources for the purpose of providing and maintaining on line resources and data for the end users
  • Vet new hardware and software for the district and provide technical information regarding new technology
  • Provide technical support via telephone, email and remote assistance

District and Building Technology Support Specialist

  • Maintains and troubleshoots computer equipment and related software
  • Images computers, installs software and hardware on inpidual machines and maintains inventory
  • Responds to help tickets in a timely manner
  • District Technology Support Specialist is tier 2 support for the build technology support staff
  • District Technology Support Specialist also serves as district webmaster

Technology Integration Coach

  • Develops protocols and procedures, training materials, and provides training for staff
  • Creates and manages staff and student accounts for specific program
  • Communicates with the community regarding how technology is being used at the various sites
