Dieringer Heights Elementary 4th-5th Enrollment


Dear Incoming Families,

Welcome to Dieringer Heights Elementary!

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to welcome you and your child in person during the enrollment process. You will find instructions for registering your child for Fourth and Fifth Grades below. We hope the process will be easy, but feel free to email our Office Manager, Linda, at lchristman@dieringer.wednet.edu if you need assistance.

If you are new to our district, please use this boundary map to ensure that your residence is within the Dieringer School District boundaries.

Please follow the steps below to enroll your student successfully!

Step 1: 

Please see the required fillable enrollment documents below, complete these forms, and save them to your computer.  You will upload/attach these documents during the enrollment process. Also, please attach your child’s Birth Certificate and proof of residency; either a deed, lease, mortgage agreement and two of the bulleted items on page 3 of the Residency Affidavit Form.

**Below forms will need to be opened with Adobe Reader in order to sign digitally. It’s a free program offered by adobe. Adobe Reader

Step 2:

Option A:  If you are new to the Dieringer School District, the Student Online Enrollment Portal can be accessed by clicking on the following link to start the enrollment process:

This link will initiate an Account Request. Please fill out the required fields and submit the request. Your account information will be emailed to you for your Family Access account login.

Option B:  If you currently have student(s) enrolled in Dieringer, you will submit your enrollment by using your Family Access account. Family Access requires a login name and password. If you have forgotten your login name or password, a link on the login page will allow you to enter your email address and your credentials will be emailed to you. Once logged in, you will click on the tab in Family Access called “Online Enrollment” to start the enrollment process.

Please see the attached letter from our District Nurse, Terry Woodall, explaining the Washington State requirements for immunizations for school, illness information, and requirements for medications at school. All immunizations must be medically verified. You may register to access your family’s immunizations on the Washington Immunization Information System at https://wa.myir.net. These are medically verified immunizations.

Please note: your student will not be fully enrolled until you submit the Registration application plus all other documents and receive confirmation from the school office.
