Network Administrator/Network Engineer
- Collaborates with building Technology Support Staff, district personnel and vendors to meet end-users needs
- Coordinates technology related projects to ensure the availiblity of technology resources
- Manage district resources for the purpose of providing and maintaining on line resources and data for the end users
- Vet new hardware and software for the district and provide technical information regarding new technology
- Provide technical support via telephone, email and remote assistance
District and Building Technology Support Specialist
- Maintains and troubleshoots computer equipment and related software
- Images computers, installs software and hardware on inpidual machines and maintains inventory
- Responds to help tickets in a timely manner
- District Technology Support Specialist is tier 2 support for the build technology support staff
- District Technology Support Specialist also serves as district webmaster
Technology Integration Coach
- Develops protocols and procedures, training materials, and provides training for staff
- Creates and manages staff and student accounts for specific program
- Communicates with the community regarding how technology is being used at the various sites
