Donation Form
The school district is pleased to accept donations from individuals, organizations, and community members in accordance with Board Policy 6114. This policy outlines the guidelines for accepting and managing gifts, grants, and donations, ensuring they align with the district's educational objectives and financial needs. Donations can include monetary contributions, supplies, or equipment, provided they do not create a conflict of interest or undue financial burden. Donations exceeding $1,000 are subject to approval by the school board, which ensures that each donation is used to benefit students, enhance learning environments, and support district initiatives. The district values community support and strives to maintain transparency and accountability in the management of all contributions.
This form shall be used to convey the donor's intent for donated funds, equipment, and/or supplies/materials. The completed form, funds and/or equipment/materials should be submitted directly to the principal of the school that is receiving the donation.
