Public Records Requests
Making a Public Records Request
Washington law requires state and local agencies, which includes public schools, to make public records available to the public. This law, the Washington State Public Records Act (RCW 42.56) and School Board Policy 4040 - Public Access to District Records and Procedure 4040P - Public Access to School District Records, supports the public’s right to be informed about what their government is doing.
Dieringer School District is committed to public accountability and open government.
