Leaves
At Dieringer School District, we understand that life happens—whether it’s welcoming a new child, managing a health condition, caring for a loved one, or navigating an unexpected emergency. Our goal is to support you through every step of the leave process with understanding, compassion, and clear information so you can focus on what matters most during important moments in your life.
We are committed to helping our employees balance their work responsibilities with personal and family needs while ensuring you have access to the leave benefits and protections available to you. This page is designed to help you understand the types of leave available, when each type of leave may be used, and how to request time away from work.
If you have questions about your leave options or need assistance navigating the process, Human Resources is here to help guide you and connect you with the appropriate resources. Our goal is to make the leave process as clear and supportive as possible while maintaining the continuity of services our students and community rely on.
